The Good Leaf is an Arizona based recreational marijuana shop that was looking for a brand refresh. They wanted something that was similar to what they currently had, while also being different. They wanted a logo that was expressive and simple, but also not entirely outright a marijuana leaf. They wanted to be welcoming to a broad range of users.

THE RESULTS
The results of the logo exploration was a very painterly brush stroke leaf in conjunction with a clean and structured serif font. This offered the opportunity to combine these themes in other ways through the use of earth tones, natural fiber textures, and high quality photography with natural earth tones.
